Sayweek's weekly plan with days, channels and post status

Real screens, fictional demo data.

How it works

From your week to published posts – in four steps

No blank page, no prompt writing. Sayweek works from what you already have.

  1. 1

    Input

    Your real week

Calendar, notes, voice memos, meeting transcripts, CRM and the news – whatever you connect becomes a topic.

  2. 2

It learns from your past posts and every edit you make, so each draft sounds like you wrote it.

  3. 3

    Approval

    You decide

Review, edit, approve – on your phone too, or your client approves on a link without signing in.

  4. 4

Security & compliance

Trust, built in

EU data storage, encryption and one simple rule: nothing is published without your approval.

  • Nothing without your approval

Every post is scheduled only after you approve it – and there's an emergency brake.

  • EU data storage, GDPR

An EU database and a data processing agreement (DPA) for every customer.

  • No AI training on your data

Posts are written by Anthropic's Claude, which doesn't train on data sent through the API.

  • E-mails and clients protected

E-mail bodies are never stored, only the anonymised idea; client and personal names are masked.

  • Encryption and secure sign-in

Encrypted tokens (AES-256-GCM), two-factor sign-in, passkeys and an audit log.

  • Export or delete anytime

Export everything, or delete your account whenever you want.

  • EU AI Act – transparency

AI labels on posts, logged human approval and a downloadable compliance report.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does Sayweek write in my voice?

You paste a few of your old posts when you set up a brand. Sayweek learns from them, from every edit you make and from your best-performing posts, and turns this into style rules for your own workspace. Every post also starts from your own thought, story or experience – that's what keeps it from sounding generic.

Can anything be published without my approval?

No. A post is only scheduled after you approve it – in the app or with one tap from the phone notification. Teams can use two-step approval, and there is an emergency brake that pauses all publishing at once.

How do client approval links work?

You send your client a link that works without a login. They see the planned posts and can approve them or leave a comment; you see everything in one place. Client approval links are included from the Pro plan up.

Which AI writes the posts – and does it train on my data?

Posts are written by Anthropic's Claude. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API, and we don't train any general model with your content either – style rules learned from your edits stay in your own workspace.

Where is my data stored?

In an EU database (Neon), with the app hosted on Vercel. Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM), every workspace is strictly isolated, and sign-in supports two-factor authentication and passkeys. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses – details in the privacy policy.

What is the launch offer?

While the launch offer lasts, every new monthly subscription gets −60% for the first 12 months: Solo €11.60, Pro €23.60, Team €51.60, Agency €119.60 per month + VAT. After that, the list price applies. The discount is applied automatically at checkout – no code needed. It doesn't apply to annual billing, which keeps its own price (2 months free: Solo €290, Pro €590, Team €1,290, Agency €2,990 per year).

How does the free trial work?

14 days with every feature, no card required. When the trial ends nothing is charged automatically: you pick a plan, or writing and scheduling simply pause while your data stays.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled any time in Settings → Subscription (the Stripe customer portal, where you also find your invoices and payment method). We never see or store your card details.

Does it work for agencies – and is there white-label?

Yes: every brand has its own voice, rules, topic pillars and rhythm, with client approval links and monthly PDF reports. The Agency plan (15 brands) adds white-label: your name, logo and colour on the client approval page and reports, optionally your own domain for client pages.

Which tools does Sayweek connect to?

Among others Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Make, Outlook, Google Drive, Canva, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Google Analytics 4 (visits per post via UTM links). All of them are optional.
