1. Provider

2. The service

Sayweek is an AI-assisted content planner: it suggests post ideas and drafts which are scheduled to your connected social accounts only after your approval. You are responsible for what you publish and must review every draft before approving it.

3. Trial, fees, cancellation

• 14-day free trial, no card required. After it ends, writing and scheduling pause; your data stays.
• Fees are billed monthly in advance through Stripe; prices on the Pricing page.
• Cancel any time; the service remains available until the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refunds unless required by law.

4. Your obligations

• Connect only accounts you are authorised to use and follow each platform’s rules (LinkedIn, Meta, Google).
• No unlawful, deceptive or hateful content, no spam, no posting on someone’s behalf without permission.
• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential.

5. Intellectual property

Your content remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to provide the service. The Sayweek software belongs to the provider.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”; we aim for 99% monthly availability. We are not liable for outages or API changes of social platforms. Liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes, governing law

We announce changes at least 30 days in advance by e-mail. Governing law: the law of the provider’s seat; mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence also apply.
