How is this measured?
Database: the time of a simple query (slow above 1500 ms). Scheduler: how long the oldest due background job has been waiting (degraded above 30 minutes, disruption above 120). Publishing: published ÷ (published + failed) posts in the last 24 hours (degraded below 95%, disruption below 80%). AI and e-mail provider problems are shown through incident notes.
