You paste a few of your old posts when you set up a brand. Sayweek learns from them, from every edit you make and from your best-performing posts, and turns this into style rules for your own workspace. Every post also starts from your own thought, story or experience – that's what keeps it from sounding generic.

From your real week: calendar events (Google, Outlook, iCloud), a thought or voice note you drop in, industry news, and – only if you switch them on – your e-mails or CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive). You can also turn a blog post, article, video transcript or talk notes into several posts.

LinkedIn (profile and company page), Instagram (posts and stories), Facebook pages, Google Business Profile, Threads, Bluesky, Telegram and X. LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook can be connected directly; YouTube and TikTok videos also go out directly. The other networks are published through Postiz, a scheduling service you connect with its API key in the settings.

No. A post is only scheduled after you approve it – in the app or with one tap from the phone notification. Teams can use two-step approval, and there is an emergency brake that pauses all publishing at once.

You send your client a link that works without a login. They see the planned posts and can approve them or leave a comment; you see everything in one place. Client approval links are included from the Pro plan up.

Only if you connect them, and only read-only. E-mail bodies are never stored – only the short, anonymised idea written from them. Client and person names are masked before anything reaches the AI, and contract, price, personal, health and legal topics are left out. Sayweek works fully without these connections.

Posts are written by Anthropic's Claude. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API, and we don't train any general model with your content either – style rules learned from your edits stay in your own workspace.

In an EU database (Neon), with the app hosted on Vercel. Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM), every workspace is strictly isolated, and sign-in supports two-factor authentication and passkeys. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses – details in the privacy policy.

Four plans, billed monthly in EUR + VAT: Solo 29 € (1 brand, 30 AI posts/month), Pro 59 € (4 brands, 80 AI posts/month), Team 129 € (8 brands, 200 AI posts/month), Agency 299 € (15 brands, 500 AI posts/month). Enterprise (SSO, dedicated EU instance, employee advocacy at scale) is a custom offer.

14 days with every feature, no card required. When the trial ends nothing is charged automatically: you pick a plan, or writing and scheduling simply pause while your data stays.

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled any time in Settings → Subscription (the Stripe customer portal, where you also find your invoices and payment method). We never see or store your card details.

Settings → Data and privacy: export everything, or delete your account. Deletion removes your data from the database immediately and from backups within 30 days. You can also disconnect any single integration. Posts already published on social networks have to be deleted there.

Posts can be written in English, German and Hungarian, set per brand. The app, notifications, e-mails and reports are also available in all three languages.

Yes, an iPhone app with a home-screen widget (countdown to the next post), Face ID, voice notes, the Share sheet and Reminders – and you can approve straight from the notification. On any other device Sayweek runs in the browser.

Yes. The Team plan includes 3 users and the Agency plan 10, with owner and editor roles, two-step approval and post versions. Colleagues can also post in their own voice (employee advocacy).

Yes: every brand has its own voice, rules, topic pillars and rhythm, with client approval links and monthly PDF reports. The Agency plan (15 brands) adds white-label: your name, logo and colour on the client approval page and reports, optionally your own domain for client pages.

Among others Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Make, Outlook, Google Drive, Canva, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Google Analytics 4 (visits per post via UTM links). All of them are optional.
