WordPress – blog articles on your own site
Connect your WordPress site with an application password, and approved articles written from your posts appear on it in one click.
Updated:
With the WordPress integration, blog articles go to your own site – live or as drafts. No login password needed: you give an application password, which you can revoke at any time.
- In WordPress, open Users → Profile and create one under Application Passwords (e.g. named “Sayweek”).
- In Sayweek, open Settings → Integrations and click the WordPress card.
- Enter your site's address, your user name and the application password, then click Connect – we check it first and only then save it.
- In the Publish row, choose whether articles go out Live or As a draft.
“The WordPress REST API isn't reachable” – what now?
In WordPress, under Settings → Permalinks pick anything other than “Plain”, and check that no security plugin blocks the REST API.
Does it work on WordPress.com?
Yes, on the Business plan or higher – lower plans don't allow application passwords.
