Cal.com – bookings from your posts
Connect Cal.com with an API key and see in Business results which of your posts people booked a meeting after – self-hosted Cal.com too.
Updated:
Cal.com works just like Calendly: Cal.com links in your posts get a UTM code, and bookings are attributed to the posts. They appear as “Booked meetings” in Business results and the monthly report.
Connecting with an API key
- In Cal.com open Settings → Developer → API keys and create a new key. It starts with “cal_live_”.
- In Sayweek open Settings → Integrations and choose Cal.com.
- Paste the key and click Connect. We check that it works before saving it.
What we see and what we don't
We create a webhook so new bookings arrive right away, and we also look at all recent bookings once a day. We only use a booking's ID, time and UTM data – the invitee's name, e-mail and answers are never stored. The key is stored encrypted; disconnecting deletes the key and the webhook.
