Claude and ChatGPT (MCP)
Connect Sayweek to Claude or ChatGPT: the assistant sees your plan and writes drafts that wait for your approval.
Updated:
Sayweek can be added to Claude and ChatGPT as an MCP server. Say for example “write next week's posts from my calendar” – the assistant sees your week plan and a summary of your calendar, and the drafts land in Sayweek, waiting for your approval.
Before you start
Open Settings → All integrations and click the Claude & ChatGPT (MCP) card. There you find the MCP server URL – copy it with Copy into your assistant. On the Solo plan assistants can only read; drafts and generation need Pro or higher.
Claude (claude.ai and Claude Desktop)
- On claude.ai open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
- Name:
Sayweek, URL: the copied MCP address, then Add. - Click Connect, sign in to Sayweek and click Allow on the consent page.
On Claude Team / Enterprise plans an organization owner adds it (Organization settings → Connectors). For Claude Code the card has a ready-made command (claude mcp add …).
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode.
- Create → URL: the copied MCP address, Authentication: OAuth.
- Sign in to Sayweek and click Allow.
What the assistant can see and do
Read: brands, channels, week plan, posts, ideas, calendar summary (city, kind of day – no event titles), analytics. Write: drafts and ideas, “generate week” – without publishing. Real scheduling only if an owner turns it on under Approvals from assistants (Approvals allowed); the default is Approvals off (recommended).
Revoke access
- Open the Claude & ChatGPT (MCP) card.
- Under Connected assistants, click Revoke (owner permission needed). The assistant loses access immediately.
