Brand rules and sample posts
Claude gets your brand rules word for word every time it writes a post or idea: tone, audience, banned topics, structure and samples.

Claude gets the text on the Brand rules and samples page word for word, unchanged, every time it writes a post or an idea. This is where your tone, audience, banned topics and structure per brand go, plus a few sample posts that are truly your style.
Editing
- Open Settings → Brand rules and samples.
- In the Editor view, fill in General principles – these apply to every brand.
- Under Brands, fill in the fields for each brand: Tone of voice, Audience, Language and form of address, Do, Don't, Banned topics, Structure and length, Hashtags and emojis. For rules per platform, pick one from the + Platform rules list.
- Under Sample posts, click + Sample post, paste the text, choose the brand, then click Add. 2–3 successful posts per brand is ideal.
- Click Save. The next generation will use it.

Check with Claude
✦ Check with Claude has Claude read the text the way it will when writing posts and tells you, per brand, what's there, what's missing, what's unclear and where things contradict each other.
Import from a Claude project
- Switch to the Raw Markdown (advanced) view.
- Paste your Claude project's instructions, or load a
.mdor.txtfile (max. 1 MB) with Load file…. - Check the text, then click Save.
