Browser extension: Save to Sayweek
Coming soonThis feature is coming soon – this guide shows how it will work.
For Chrome and Edge: save the page you're reading, a link or selected text as an idea in your ideas box with one click.
Updated:
The “Save to Sayweek” extension is made for Chrome and Edge: an article, a link or a selected paragraph becomes an idea in your ideas box with one click. The link is kept as the idea's source, client names are masked, and you get the same brand, channel and time suggestions.
Before you start
- Owners and editors can connect the extension – members with read-only access can't.
- When the extension is available, you can install it from the Chrome Web Store or the Edge add-ons store.
Connect
- Click the Save to Sayweek icon in the browser toolbar.
- Click Connect – a small Sayweek window opens (sign in there if needed).
- Check which workspace it connects to, then click Connect in that window too.
Save as an idea
- Toolbar button: shows the page title and any selected text; add a note if you like, then Save as idea.
- Right-click: Save page to Sayweek, Save selection to Sayweek or Save link to Sayweek – saves at once, and a green tick on the icon confirms it.
What it can and can't do
The extension can only save ideas: a link, selected text or the current page. It can't post, approve, delete or read anything from your account. It only reads the selected text when you click it.
Disconnect
- In the extension window, click Disconnect.
- To revoke the key completely, open Settings → All integrations → API keys and revoke the extension's key.
