Ideas box: from idea to post

Drop in a few sentences after a meeting – Claude suggests the brand, channel and time it fits, and writes the post for you.

Updated:

On the Ideas page, the Ideas box tab takes anything that could become a post: a lesson from a meeting, a client question, a few lines of notes. Claude suggests a brand, channel and time, and you decide where it goes. Client names and contact details are masked before anything is sent to Claude.

Before you start

  • Owners and editors can add ideas; members with read-only access can only look.
  • You need at least one brand with an active channel (Brands and channels) – the suggestions point to these.

Add an idea

  1. On the Overview page, click + Add an idea (or open the Ideas page).
  2. Stay on the Ideas box tab.
  3. Type or paste the text (at least a few sentences), or click Dictate and say it.
  4. Click ✦ Where does it fit?.

Turn an idea into a post

The idea appears under Awaiting decision with up to three suggestions. Each card shows the brand, channel, day and time, a suggested angle and how well it fits (the first one is marked Best).

  • ⇢ Write it to the waiting list – Claude writes the post and puts it on the waiting list; the app assigns it to the channel's next missing slot according to your rules.
  • At this time – places it at exactly the time on the card and writes it.
  • ↻ Suggest something else – new brand, channel and time suggestions.
  • Dismiss – removes the idea from the list.

Written ideas move to Recently scheduled; the Open link takes you straight to the draft. The draft waits for approval like any other post – see Approving posts.

Why is there no suggestion under my idea?

If the suggestion couldn't be made, the idea is kept with a note. Try again with ↻ Suggest something else.
