Ideas via Telegram and WhatsApp
Send the Sayweek bot text, a link, a voice note or a photo, and the idea is waiting in your ideas box – you can even ask for a draft.
Updated:
When you think of something on the go, you don't have to open the app: send it to the Sayweek bot on Telegram or to the Sayweek number on WhatsApp. Text, a link, a voice note (up to 5 minutes) or a photo with a caption – it lands in the ideas box as an idea, with the same brand, channel and time suggestions.
Connect
Everyone links their own chat. The detailed steps: Telegram and WhatsApp. In short:
- Open Settings → All integrations and find the Telegram or WhatsApp card in the Ideas & sources group.
- Click Connect – you get a one-time code that is valid for 15 minutes.
- For Telegram, click Open in Telegram, then Start in Telegram; for WhatsApp, click Send the code on WhatsApp and send the prefilled message.

Commands
- Telegram:
/draft– writes the last idea for the best free slot; WhatsApp:draft. - Telegram:
/week, WhatsApp:week– the next 7 days. - Telegram:
/stop, WhatsApp:stop– unlinks the chat.
What Sayweek stores
Only the idea text (with names masked), the link and a voice note's transcript are stored – never the audio or the photo.
Disconnect
- Open the Telegram or WhatsApp card under Settings → All integrations.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
