Canva
Coming soonThis feature is coming soon – this guide shows how it will work.
Canva designs for your posts: pick an existing design or open a new one in the channel's size, and the image lands on the post automatically.
Updated:
With the Canva integration you can pick a Canva design as the post image right from the post editor, or open a new design in the channel's size. When you come back from Canva, the finished image is added to the post automatically.
Before you start
- You need a Canva account.
- Owners and editors can connect it. A workspace has one Canva account.
Connect
- Open Settings → All integrations.
- Click the Canva card.
- Click + Connect Canva.
- Sign in to Canva and allow access.
- Back in Sayweek, the panel shows Connected: followed by your account name.

Using it in the post editor
- From a Canva design: search your design titles, pick a design (and the page, for multi-page designs), then click Use as image.
- New Canva design: a blank design opens in the channel's size. In Canva, click “Return” and the finished design becomes the post's image.
- Edit in Canva: if the post already has an image, a new design opens with that image.
What Sayweek can access
We only read and export your own designs when you ask. A new design is created only when you click New Canva design or Edit in Canva (for the latter, the post's image is uploaded to Canva). Nothing is published in Canva.
Disconnect
- Open Settings → All integrations and click the Canva card.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
