A downloadable guide from your best posts
Claude turns your best posts into a branded PDF guide with its own download page and double opt-in e-mail sign-up. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Updated:
From your best-performing posts on a topic, Claude writes a downloadable guide arranged into chapters: a cover, contents, an introduction, one chapter per post and a call to action at the end – in your brand's language and your voice, with your brand's colour and logo. The guide gets its own download page where people get it in exchange for their e-mail address.
Creating a guide
- Open the Downloadable guide page (from the Statistics overview or the command palette).
- Pick the brand and the topic. Topics are your brand's content pillars; All topics shows everything.
- Click Load posts. Your published posts from the last year are ranked by their statistics, and the top five are pre-selected.
- Select 3–10 posts, then click Write the guide. It takes from a few seconds to a minute.
The same post on several channels counts once. Claude doesn't invent facts, numbers or client names – it only works with what's in your posts. A guide counts as one AI generation of your plan.
Editing, approving, going live
- On the Content tab you can rewrite any text, reorder or delete chapters, and set the link of the call-to-action button (for example your booking page).
- Preview PDF always shows the current text.
- On the Download page tab you set the headline, the subheadline and the “What's inside?” points, plus the data controller's name and your own privacy policy link.
- Approving needs approval rights. Then Switch on the download page makes it public – until then nothing is.
- If you edit after going live, the page keeps showing the earlier, approved version until you approve and publish the new one.
Sign-up and download
- The visitor enters their e-mail address (first name optional) and ticks the consent box.
- They get a confirmation e-mail with your brand's name and colour. Clicking its button confirms the address.
- They can download the PDF right away and also get the download link by e-mail.
A hidden trap field, a timing check and limits (per address, per IP address and per guide) keep spam sign-ups out. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days.
Sign-ups and your CRM
The Sign-ups tab shows who signed up, whether they confirmed, how often they downloaded and which link they came from. Export it as CSV or delete anyone. If you switch it on, confirmed sign-ups are also added to your connected HubSpot or Pipedrive (e-mail address and first name only). When someone came from one of your posts' links, the sign-up also shows next to that post in Business results.
Promotion
For a live guide, on the Promote tab Claude writes 3–4 posts from different angles with the download page link. They go into your calendar as drafts over the next two weeks and go out only after the usual approval.
Privacy
- We only store the e-mail address, the first name given, the exact wording and time of the consent, and the download page's UTM data.
- Every e-mail has a link the person can use to delete their data at any time. If they were also added to your CRM, we remind you to delete them there too.
- Deleting the guide deletes every sign-up's data.
