Quick post: one post, several channels, right now
On one screen you write it, pick the channels, check the preview, and send it now or at the suggested time.
Updated:
When something just happened and you don't want to deal with the weekly plan, use the Quick post button in the header (or press the P key). You write it on one screen and send it to several channels at once.
- Write the text. #hashtags at the end go into the hashtag list.
- If you like, add a photo or a video (you can drop or paste it too).
- Pick the brand and the channels. Sayweek remembers your last choice.
- If you want, press AI polish in your voice: Claude polishes the text for each channel in your brand's voice, within the limits. The content stays yours.
- Check the preview per channel on the right: the length, the warnings and the errors. You can rewrite the text of any channel on its own.
- Choose Now or Schedule (Sayweek suggests a good time), then press the button.
As an editor
As an editor, “now” means the earliest allowed time: the post goes out in about 6 minutes, and an owner can still stop it until then.
If one channel fails
Each channel goes out on its own: if one fails (for example the connection expired, or Instagram needs a photo), the others are still published. The result screen shows each channel's state and the reason for an error, and Try again retries it.
From your phone and Telegram
- Sayweek app: the Quick post button on the home screen, and the quick post icon on the widget, bring you here.
- Share from any app: pick Sayweek, then Post now (the composer opens with the text and the photo) or Save as idea.
- Installed web app (desktop, Android): Sayweek shows up in the share menu too.
- Telegram: send the text with the /post command (for a photo, start the caption with /post). You get a preview, and it only goes out when you tap the button.
