Invite colleagues
Invite colleagues, a ghostwriter or your assistant to your workspace, and give each of them a role.
Updated:
Your workspace doesn't have to be yours alone: invite a colleague, a ghostwriter or an assistant, and decide what each of them can do. Only owners can manage members.
Before you start
- You need the owner role. If you're not an owner, ask one of the owners.
- How many members you can have depends on your plan – see pricing. Contributor (Team voice) seats are counted separately.
- An email address can only belong to one workspace.
Invite someone
- Open Settings → Team and roles.
- Type your colleague's email address.
- Choose the role: Editor, Owner, Contributor (Team voice) or Viewer (read-only).
- Click Invite.

Your colleague gets an email and signs in with that email address. Until then, the list shows the invited date; delete the invitation with Revoke.
Change a role or remove someone
- In the member's row, pick the new role from the drop-down – it saves straight away.
- To remove someone, click Remove and confirm.
Two-step approval
On the same page you can turn on Two-step approval. Editors can then only submit posts for approval; nothing goes out without an owner's approval. Details: Roles and permissions.
