Team voice: colleagues' posts in their own voice
One company update becomes a LinkedIn post in each colleague's own voice – they just review and share it.
Updated:
With Team voice, one company update (e.g. a new client, an event, a job opening) becomes a post for each colleague, in their own voice, for their own LinkedIn. No copy-paste: each version comes from a different angle, in different words.
Before you start
- Team voice is part of the Team and Agency plans – see pricing.
- Invite your colleagues with the Contributor (Team voice) role: Invite colleagues. It's a separate seat and doesn't count as an editor.
- Owners and editors start campaigns on the Team voice page.

Start a campaign
- Open the Team voice page.
- In the News box, choose a Type and fill in Title and What happened? (the details colleagues can use) – or pick one from Pick from the news radar / ideas….
- If needed, fill in the optional fields (link, photo, instructions for every draft, required legal line).
- Under Who gets it?, select the colleagues.
- Click Send to colleagues.
The Campaign board shows where everyone is (e.g. to review, approved, posted, skipped), the share rate and the reach. If two versions are too similar (over 30% word overlap), the app rewrites one. Close campaign ends the campaign. The Leaderboard is friendly: only people who opted in appear on it, and only shared posts count.
What a contributor sees
- On first sign-in, under Show us how you write, they paste 3 old posts or answer 3 questions, then click Save.
- If they've connected their own LinkedIn (My settings → Connect LinkedIn), Approve and post shares the post directly.
- If it isn't connected, Copy and open LinkedIn copies the text; they paste it on LinkedIn, then click I posted it.
- If they'd rather not share it now, they click Skip this one.
