Connect LinkedIn

Coming soonThis feature is coming soon – this guide shows how it will work.

Post straight to your LinkedIn profile or company page, and read back statistics and comments.

Updated:

With the direct LinkedIn connection, Sayweek posts without Postiz, through LinkedIn's official interface, to your personal profile or to company pages where you have an admin or content admin role.

Before you start

Connecting needs the owner or editor role. Team voice contributors can only connect their own personal profile for their own posts – see Team voice.

Connect

  1. Open Settings → Brands & channels.
  2. In the How Sayweek publishes – connected accounts area, click + Connect account.
  3. In the Which account do you want to connect? window, choose LinkedIn.
  4. Sign in to LinkedIn and allow Sayweek access.
  5. Back in Sayweek, tick the profile and pages in the What should we do with the new account? window, then choose New brand for these or Add to an existing brand.
  6. For an existing brand, set the days and times, then click Save.
The Brands & channels page with the connected account cards

To link an existing channel, open the channel's Edit → Publishing → Directly tab and pick the profile or page under Where should it post directly?.

What Sayweek can do with LinkedIn

  • Text, image and PDF carousel posts with a first comment – an approved post goes out at its scheduled time.
  • Your post statistics on the Analytics page.
  • Comments under your posts on the Ideas page, in Comments under your posts – with an AI reply suggestion.

Disconnect

  1. Open Settings → Brands & channels and expand the How Sayweek publishes – connected accounts area.
  2. On the LinkedIn card, click Remove under the account and confirm.

Its channels then go back to Postiz (if a Postiz account is assigned). To unlink a single channel, use Turn off direct publishing on its Publishing tab.
