LinkedIn carousel (PDF document)
Claude turns the post text into swipeable slides; you edit them, download the PDF, and with a direct LinkedIn connection it goes out automatically.
Updated:
On LinkedIn, document posts – swipeable slides in a PDF – are a popular format in the feed. For posts on LinkedIn channels (personal profile and company page), the PDF carousel section appears below the editor: Claude makes slides from the post text, you edit them, and the PDF can go out with the post.
Before you start
- You can create and edit the slides only for ideas, drafts and posts with an error.
- It only goes out automatically as a carousel with a direct LinkedIn connection – see LinkedIn. Through Postiz you attach the PDF by hand.
Creating a carousel
- Open the editor of a LinkedIn post and scroll to PDF carousel.
- Click ✦ Create carousel and wait while Claude makes the slides.
- Edit the title and text of each slide. + Slide adds one (up to 12), ✕ deletes one (at least two remain).
- Click Save slides.
- Check the result with the PDF (4:5) ↗ or PDF (1:1) ↗ link.
- Tick Publish as a carousel so the PDF goes out with the post.
Through Postiz
Postiz can't send PDF documents to LinkedIn yet, so Publish as a carousel can't be switched on in that case. Download the PDF and attach it with LinkedIn's “Add a document” button. You give the channel a direct LinkedIn connection under Settings → Brands & channels.
