Brand graphics (brand kit)
Logo, colours and font once – the template graphics (quote card, key number, tips, carousel) fill themselves from the post text.
Updated:
The brand kit is the basis of your posts' template graphics: quote card, key number, tips, carousel… You set the logo, colours and font once per brand, and Sayweek fills the templates from the post text.
Setting up the brand kit
- Open Settings → Brands & channels and scroll to Brand graphics (brand kit).
- Expand the brand (e.g. “Northwind Advisory”).
- Under Logo and Photo of you (optional, for personal brands), click Upload (PNG, JPEG or WebP).
- Set the Colours (Main colour, Second colour, Accent), the Font and the Style.
- Fill in Name on the graphics and Handle / website.
- Check the Preview, then click Save.
A graphic for a post
- Open the post and, among the image options, click ◧ Brand graphic.
- Choose a template (Suggested for this post or All templates) and a Size.
- Click ✦ Fill from the post – the AI fills the fields from the post text; you can edit any of them.
- Click Use as post image.

Templates: Quote card, Key number, 3 tips, Before / after, Event announcement, Hiring, Testimonial, Statement over photo, Big headline, Question to the audience, Carousel (multi-page). Sizes: Square 1:1, Portrait 4:5, Story 9:16, Landscape (LinkedIn) 1.91:1. A carousel also gives you a PDF (Download PDF) that can go out as a LinkedIn document: Carousel posts.
