A month-long post series from long content

A webinar or podcast transcript, a YouTube video or a long article → 8–12 posts for a month, with different angles and quotes, spread over your free slots.

Updated:

A one-hour webinar or podcast holds a month of posts. On Ideas → Ideas box, the A month-long series from long content card plans a series from it: 8–12 posts, each from a different angle (a surprising lesson, a common mistake, step by step, a bold claim…), with a word-for-word quote from the source and one carousel candidate.

Adding the material

  • Transcript / text – paste the transcript, the article text or your notes (at least a page or two).
  • Upload a file – a caption or text file (.vtt, .srt, .txt, .md); timestamps and cue numbers are removed automatically.
  • Link (YouTube, article) – for YouTube we read the video's public captions; for an article, the page text. If the video has no captions, paste the transcript (YouTube: ⋯ › Show transcript).

Planning the series

  1. Pick the brand and the channels the series should go to, and under Number of posts how many posts you want (8–12).
  2. Click ✦ Plan the series. Claude reads the material and spreads the topics over the channels (the more professional thought to LinkedIn, the shorter, more visual one to Instagram).
  3. Review the suggestions: the checkbox decides what stays, you can edit the title and switch the channel. ↻ Another angle replaces a single item with a new one that repeats none of the others.
  4. Click Create … drafts.

The kept posts land on the free slots of the next five weeks or so, evenly spread and in series order – following the channels' time slots and skipped days, at most one series post per channel per day. Sayweek then writes the slotted posts in your voice – the card shows which ones are ready. Whatever doesn't fit goes to the waiting list as an idea; open it there to write it, or it moves into the next free slot.

Does it count towards the monthly AI allowance?

Yes: every created post counts as one written post. If you have fewer left, keep fewer items.
