Mailchimp – weekly newsletter draft
Coming soonThis feature is coming soon – this guide shows how it will work.
Claude writes a newsletter from the week's published posts in your brand's language and puts it into Mailchimp as a draft. You always decide when it goes out.
Updated:
With one click, the Mailchimp integration makes a newsletter draft from the week's published posts: a short intro, a heading and summary per post with its link, and a closing line. The draft appears in the Mailchimp audience you pick – Sayweek never sends it.
Connect
- Open Settings → All integrations.
- Click the Mailchimp card.
- Click + Connect a Mailchimp account, sign in and allow access.
- In the Audience list, choose who the newsletter is for.
Make a draft
- Click Newsletter draft from this week's posts.
- After a few seconds the Open in Mailchimp link appears.
- Review the draft in Mailchimp and send it from there whenever you like.
When nothing has been published this week yet, it uses last week's posts. With several brands you can choose whose posts it uses. One draft counts as one AI generation of your plan.
What Sayweek can access
It only sees the names and sizes of your audiences; it never reads or stores subscriber addresses. It creates campaigns only as drafts.
Disconnect
- Open the Mailchimp card on the All integrations page.
- Click Disconnect. Drafts already created in Mailchimp stay.
