Slack notifications
The same notifications as on your phone – awaiting approval, published, errors, client feedback – in a Slack channel, through an Incoming Webhook.
Updated:
The Slack integration also sends the workspace's notifications (awaiting approval, published, errors, client feedback, reminders) to a Slack channel of your choice. Every message has an Open in Sayweek link.
Before you start
Only the workspace owner can set this up. In Slack you need an Incoming Webhook for the channel: Slack → Apps → Incoming Webhooks → Add to Slack → pick the channel → Webhook URL.
Connect
- Copy the Webhook URL from Slack (
https://hooks.slack.com/services/…). - Open Settings → All integrations.
- Click the Slack card.
- Paste the link into the Slack Incoming Webhook field.
- Click Save & test – the test message “Sayweek connected ✓” arrives in the channel.

What Sayweek can access
It doesn't read anything from Slack: it only posts messages to the webhook. The link is stored encrypted. The Test connection button only checks the status and doesn't send a message.
Disconnect
- Open the Slack card on the All integrations page.
- Click Delete.
