Microsoft Teams notifications
Sayweek's notifications in a Teams channel, through a “webhook request is received” workflow.
Updated:
The Microsoft Teams integration sends the same notifications to a Teams channel as to your phone: awaiting approval, published, errors, client feedback, reminders. Each message appears as a card with an Open button.
Before you start
Only the workspace owner can set this up. In Teams you need a workflow for the channel: Teams → channel ⋯ → Workflows → “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received” → URL.
Connect
- Copy the workflow URL from Teams.
- Open Settings → All integrations.
- Click the Microsoft Teams card.
- Paste the link into the Teams webhook field.
- Click Save & test – the test message “Sayweek connected ✓” arrives in the channel.

What Sayweek can access
It doesn't read anything from Teams: it only posts messages to the given address. The link is stored encrypted. The Test connection button doesn't send a message, it only checks the status.
Disconnect
- Open the Microsoft Teams card on the All integrations page.
- Click Delete.
