Push notifications (browser, iPhone, Android)
Notifications in your browser and in the iPhone and Android apps: reminders, awaiting approval, published, errors. You switch them on per device.
Updated:
Push notifications let you know when a post is waiting for approval, when a post was published or failed, when client feedback arrives, and the day before, they remind you about tomorrow's posts. You switch them on separately on each device (browser, iPhone, Android).
Before you start
- In a browser on iPhone, first add Sayweek to your home screen and open it from there – see Sayweek in the browser.
- On your phone, the iPhone or Android app has the same page to switch them on.
- Workspace notifications go to the devices of owners, editors and viewers; Team voice contributors only get notifications about their own posts.
Turn on for this device
- Open Settings → Reminders on the device that should get notifications.
- Under Notifications on this device, click Turn on notifications.
- Allow notifications when the browser or phone asks.
- Click Test notification and check that it arrives.

Below you can see how many devices are subscribed. In the iPhone app, when a single draft is waiting for approval, you can approve it straight from the notification.
Turn off
- Open Settings → Reminders on that device.
- Click Turn off on this device.
It says “Notifications are blocked in your browser settings.”
You blocked notifications earlier. Allow them again for this site in your browser (or phone) settings, then reload the page. More tips: Notifications not arriving.
