White-label reselling
Coming soonThis feature is coming soon – this guide shows how it will work.
With the Agency plan, resell Sayweek under your own name and prices: your clients pay you, into your Stripe account – we only take the wholesale price.
Updated:
As a reseller you are the seller: you set up your own price list, create your clients' own workspaces under your account, and they pay into your Stripe account. Your clients only ever see your name, logo, colours and domain.
- Open the Reselling page, enter your company name, support e-mail and address, and accept the reseller terms.
- Connect your Stripe account: Express (quick and simple – recommended if you don't have a Stripe account yet) or Standard (your own full Stripe account). Stripe verifies your business, which usually takes a few minutes.
- On the Price list tab, create your plans: a name, a price and the Sayweek plan behind it (Solo, Pro or Team). Your margin shows right away.
- On the Clients tab, add your first client. We send them an invite in your name: they set a password and pay for the first period.
How do your clients pay?
Payments happen in your Stripe account: Stripe issues the receipts and invoices with your details, and the money goes to your bank account. On their own billing page (send it with Copy billing link), clients can change their card, download their invoices and cancel.
If you switch on the sign-up page in the Self sign-up section of the Settings tab, clients can join by themselves on your sign-up page, picking from your public plans. With your own domain (white-label) the link carries your brand too.
Wholesale price and invoices
- Stripe automatically deducts Sayweek's wholesale price from every client invoice (application fee): per client per month Solo €14, Pro €29, Team €64; ten times that for a yearly plan.
- Your prices can't be lower than the wholesale price – the form tells you straight away.
- We invoice you for the deducted fees at the start of every month; you'll find the invoices under Settings → Subscription.
- The overview shows your monthly recurring revenue (MRR), the wholesale cost, your margin and failed payments.
What happens if your Agency subscription goes unpaid?
We let you know. If it isn't settled within 14 days, reselling pauses: you can't add new clients and no new payments start. Your existing clients then keep working for another 30 days; if it's still not settled, their workspaces pause (they can read, but not write or publish). Once you've paid, everything restores automatically.
