White-label: your agency's branding and domain
Your clients see your agency's name, logo and colour – and even your own domain – on the approval page and in the report.
Updated:
As an agency, the white-label settings let you show your clients your own branding: on the approval page, the monthly report PDF and its email they see your name, logo and colour.
Before you start
- White-label is part of the Agency plan – see pricing. On other plans the page shows a See plans button.
- Only an owner can set it up.
Name, logo and colour
- Open Settings → Client approval and scroll to the White-label section.
- Fill in Agency name and choose the Accent colour.
- Upload a logo with Upload (PNG or JPG, at most 300 KB; SVG isn't possible).
- If you don't want Sayweek's name to show, turn on Hide “Powered by Sayweek”.
- Click Save.
The report email shows your agency's name as the sender (“Agency via Sayweek”); if you hide “Powered by Sayweek”, just the agency name. The sender address stays Sayweek's.
Custom domain
Under Custom domain, client links open on your own address (e.g. review.agency.com). Only the client pages are reachable there – never your Sayweek account – and the HTTPS certificate is automatic.
- Type the domain – a subdomain is best, so your main website stays untouched.
- Click Add (if the button says Request domain, Sayweek support activates it within 24 hours).
- Create the DNS record shown (Type, Name / Host, Value / Target) in your domain's DNS settings.
- Click Check now. When everything is fine, ✓ Working appears.
DNS changes usually take a few minutes, sometimes a few hours – we also check every hour. New approval links already use your domain; old ones keep working on the default address. Remove the domain with Remove.
