Monthly PDF report
A one-page branded PDF of the month: download it, send it by e-mail, or have it sent automatically on the 1st of every month.

The monthly report is a one-page branded PDF of the month: what went out, how it performed, the best posts and the topic balance. Download it, send it to your client, or let it go out automatically on the 1st.
Before you start
- The monthly PDF report is available on the Pro plan or higher (and during the trial) – compare the plans on the pricing page.
- The report counts published posts (via Postiz or direct publishing); approved posts that haven't gone out yet aren't included. Statistics arrive 1–2 days after publishing.
Open and send a report
- Open Settings → Monthly report.
- Pick the month in the Month list.
- Check the Preview (Overview or PDF view); if you need fresh numbers, click Refresh statistics.
- Click Open PDF or Download.
- To send it, click Send by e-mail…, enter the addresses under Recipients (comma-separated, up to 10), then click Send now.
Automatic sending
- Under Automatic sending, switch on Send automatically on the 1st of every month.
- Enter the addresses under Recipients (client, boss…) (up to 10), and tick Me too if you want a copy.
- Open Design and pick an Accent colour.
- Click Save.
On the 1st of every month after 8 am, last month's report is e-mailed as a PDF to the recipients. Below the switch you see the next sending date and when it was last sent.
