The Analytics page
Everything your connected channels measure in one place: period, brand and channel filters, tabs, CSV and PDF export.
Updated:
The Analytics page shows everything your connected channels measure in one place – refreshed daily. The numbers come from Postiz or from a direct connection (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube…); a direct connection usually delivers more data.
Before you start
- Connect at least one channel (via Postiz or directly) – see Brands and channels.
- Owners, editors and viewers can see the page; Team voice contributors can't.
- The first numbers appear after the next nightly refresh; the platforms deliver their measurements 1–2 days after publishing.
How to use it
- Click Analytics in the main menu.
- Pick a period: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or Custom – for the latter, set the From and To dates and click Apply.
- If you have several brands or channels, narrow it down with All brands and All channels.
- Switch tabs: Overview, Channels, Posts, Audience, Content, Competitors, Website or Features.

What the Overview shows
- Metrics: Posts published, Impressions / views, Interactions, Engagement rate, Follower change – compared with the previous period.
- With Google Analytics connected, Visitors from posts and Conversions; with link tracking on, Link clicks – see UTM links and website traffic.
- What happened?: automatic findings from your numbers (rule-based, not AI) – outliers, trends, follower growth.
- Trend charts, Top posts, Best times and a summary per channel – see Post performance.
The other tabs
- Channels: daily data per channel (followers, impressions, reach…) – whatever the platform provides.
- Audience: country, city, age, gender, job function, industry – only from directly connected LinkedIn pages, Instagram and YouTube, refreshed weekly.
- Competitors: competitors are compared through your directly connected Instagram account.
- Features: how Sayweek's features work for you (idea sources, weekly interview, Team voice, referrals…), with its own CSV export.
Exporting
The CSV button downloads the data of the current view; PDF / print opens your browser's print dialog – only the statistics are printed, without the app around them. For a monthly summary to send to a client, use the monthly report.
Why does a post say “not measured yet”?
The platforms report measurements a few days after publishing, and the data is refreshed every night. The numbers show up after a few days.
