Client approval with a no-login link
Send your client a link: without an account they see the coming weeks' posts and can approve them, request changes or leave comments.
Updated:
A client approval link opens a no-login page for your client, your boss or a legal colleague. They can open it on a phone too and see the next 6 weeks of posts for the chosen brands as they'll appear. For each post they can approve it, request changes or leave a comment.
Before you start
- The feature is available during the trial and on the Pro plan or higher – see pricing.
- Owners and editors can create links.
Creating a link
- Open Settings → Client approval.
- Under New approval link, type who it's for (for example “Erika Muster – marketing”).
- Select the brands – with none selected, posts of all brands are shown.
- Leave Can also approve (not just comment) ticked, or untick it if they should only comment.
- In Valid for:, choose 30 days, 90 days, 1 year or until revoked.
- Click Create link, then Copy and send it – you only see the link this once.

What the client sees
Draft and approved posts that have text, with the image and the first comment. At the top they enter their name (Your name:), and for each post they use ✓ Approve, ✎ Request changes or Comment only. On a comment-only link the approve button isn't shown. The page opens in the language of the client's browser.
Answering on the post
You get a notification for every client reaction, and the post editor shows a Client feedback section: reply there (the client sees it on the link) and close it with Resolved. The Active links list shows how many unanswered comments are waiting. A client's approval alone never sends a post out – see Approving posts.
Revoking a link
- Find the link in the Active links list – you also see when it was last opened.
- Click Revoke and confirm. The link stops working at once.
