Activity log: who did what
Owners see approvals, deletions, settings changes, sign-ins and other security events in the activity log.
Updated:
The activity log shows who did what in the workspace: approvals, deletions, settings, payments, plus security events. Only owners can see it.
Where to find it
- Open Settings → Data and privacy.
- Scroll to Activity log.
Each row shows the time (in your home time zone), who did it, and the action. The list holds the last 100 entries; when there is nothing yet, you see No entries yet.

Which security events are logged
- Sign-ins, sign out everywhere, a password being set, switched off or reset.
- Two-factor authentication on and off, a lock after too many wrong codes; passkeys and devices added or revoked.
- Members invited or removed, role changes, two-step approval changes.
- API keys, webhooks, Slack and Teams webhooks, the Postiz key, custom domain, branding, own OAuth clients.
- The emergency brake pulled and released, a data export downloaded, a workspace deletion requested.
