Updated:
On Data and privacy you can download everything you've created in Sayweek, see who processes your data, and delete the workspace permanently. Only owners can export or delete.
Download your data
- Open Settings → Data and privacy.
- Under Export your data, click Download export.
You get a JSON file with your brands, channels, posts, ideas, stories and feedback – without passwords, keys or tokens. The download is recorded in the activity log.

Data processors
The Data processors list shows which provider does what and where (e.g. hosting, database, post writing, payments, email). Below it are links to the Privacy policy, the Data processing agreement (DPA) and the Terms of service.
Delete your account
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first: Change or cancel your plan.
- On Data and privacy, scroll to Delete account.
- Type the exact workspace name into the field.
- Click Delete permanently.
