Co-posts with other companies
A joint post with a partner company: from one shared draft, each of you posts in your own voice at the same time – and each side approves only its own post.
Updated:
A joint webinar, a shared announcement or a customer story with your partner? Invite the other company to a co-post: from one shared draft, each side writes its own post in its own voice, you mention each other and go out at the same time.
- Open a draft and scroll to Co-post.
- Enter Your partner's e-mail address, write what the post is about in Shared draft, and set the agreed time.
- Click Send invitation. If your partner doesn't use Sayweek yet, they get a sign-up invitation from you.
- Your partner picks a channel on the Co-posts page and clicks Accept.
Who sees what?
- Your partner only sees the shared draft, the agreed time and the status – nothing else from your workspace.
- Of your partner's own post you only see whether it's a draft, approved or published.
- The inviting side can change the shared draft and the time; the partner is notified of every change.
Approval and publishing
Each side approves its own post the usual way – your post only goes out with your approval, your partner's only with theirs. Move it to the agreed time puts your own post at the agreed time, and Mention my partner inserts their mention.
