Connect Postiz
One Postiz key, many networks: X, Threads, Bluesky, Telegram, Google Business Profile and more – in test or live mode.
Updated:
Postiz is a scheduler Sayweek uses to post to networks that have no direct connection (such as X or Telegram). One key reaches every account you've connected in Postiz.
Before you start
You need your own Postiz account with your social accounts connected in it. Only an owner can enter or delete the key.
Connect
- In Postiz, open Settings → Public API and copy the API key.
- In Sayweek, open Settings → Postiz.
- In the Postiz connection panel, paste the key into the “Postiz API key” field.
- Click Save & verify.
- Open Settings → Brands & channels and pick the Postiz account on the channel's Edit → Publishing → Via Postiz tab.
Test or live mode
In the Postiz mode panel you choose: in Test mode an approved post goes to Postiz as a draft and isn't published; in Live mode it's scheduled there and goes out at the set time. New workspaces start in Test mode.
Sync and emergency brake
Sync with Postiz updates the status of posts that were published, failed or deleted in Postiz once a day; Sync now runs it straight away. In a crisis, the Emergency brake moves every scheduled post that hasn't gone out yet back to draft – see Emergency brake.
Disconnect
- Open Settings → Postiz.
- In the Postiz connection panel, click Delete and confirm.
Without a key, channels that post via Postiz can't publish; directly connected channels aren't affected.
