Discord notifications
The same notifications as on your phone – awaiting approval, published, errors, client feedback – in a Discord channel, through a webhook.
Updated:
The Discord integration also sends the workspace's notifications (awaiting approval, published, errors, client feedback, reminders) to a Discord channel of your choice, with an Open in Sayweek link.
Before you start
In Discord you need a webhook for the channel: your server → Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook → pick the channel → Copy Webhook URL. This needs the Manage Webhooks permission on the server.
Connect
- Copy the webhook link from Discord (
https://discord.com/api/webhooks/…). - Open Settings → All integrations.
- Click the Discord card.
- Paste the link into the Discord webhook field.
- Click Save & test – the test message arrives in the channel.
What Sayweek can access
It doesn't read anything from Discord: it only posts messages to the webhook and never mentions anyone (not even @everyone). The link is stored encrypted, and only discord.com webhook links are accepted. Test connection only reads the webhook's details without sending a message; Send a test message sends one.
Disconnect
- Open the Discord card on the All integrations page.
- Click Delete. You can also delete the webhook in Discord.
