Email reminders
An email the day before, at the time you choose, if tomorrow's slots still have unapproved or empty posts.
Updated:
The reminder nudges you the day before a post if tomorrow's slots still have unapproved or empty posts. By default it arrives as a push notification; switch it on and you'll get it by email too.
Before you start
Owners and editors can set the time and the email option. The email goes to the workspace owner's address.
Switch it on
- Open Settings → Reminders.
- In the Reminder section, choose under Time (local time) when it should arrive (between 06:00 and 20:00).
- Tick Also email me at:.
- Click Save.

What you get
- A daily reminder about tomorrow's posts: time, brand and channel, status, and a link to the weekly plan.
- On Thursdays, an alert if a channel has fewer posts next week than it has slots.
- The time follows your current location: when you travel, it uses the time zone of your destination.
Switch it off
- Open Settings → Reminders.
- Untick Also email me at: and click Save.
