First setup (the setup wizard)
Five short steps, about 10 minutes: brand, channels, your voice and posting rhythm – and your first posts are already being written.
Updated:
After you create a new workspace, Sayweek takes you to the setup wizard (Welcome to Sayweek!): five short steps (Brand, Channels, Your voice, Rhythm, Done), about 10 minutes. You can change everything later in Settings.
The steps
- Brand: fill in Brand or your name, choose the Post language and the Country (public holidays), check Your city and Time zone, pick Personal brand (me) or Company / organisation, choose a colour, then click Next →.
- Channels: choose where you post (LinkedIn – personal profile, LinkedIn – company page or Instagram), give the channel a name, then click Next →. With + Channel you can add up to four; you don't have to connect the accounts yet.
- Your voice: paste 3–5 of your past posts (more with + One more) and, if you like, add a few words under Anything about your tone? (optional). If you don't have any posts yet, leave it empty.
- Rhythm: pick your posting days, set the Time:, and keep Write the posts for the next 2 weeks right away ticked if you want drafts straight away.
- Click Done, let's go. Setting up takes about half a minute.
- In the Done step, connect your accounts (Connect LinkedIn, Connect Facebook / Instagram) or move on to the weekly plan.
What happens in the background?
- Your brand and channels are created with the chosen days and time.
- If you added samples (texts of at least 40 characters), Claude derives 5–8 style rules and a tone note from them and saves the samples with the brand. It doesn't copy your posts – it only follows their style.
- If you asked for it, Claude writes posts for the time slots of the 2 weeks starting tomorrow – give it a few minutes, then review them in the Weekly plan.
- Nothing is published without your approval.
If you don't have time now
In the first step, I'll set it up later skips the wizard: an empty workspace is created and you land in Settings. The wizard doesn't start again – create your brand under Settings → Brands & channels (Brands and channels).
