The weekly plan
Updated:
The Weekly plan shows your channels' time slots for a week (or a longer period): what goes out on which day, what needs review and where a post is still missing. The time slots come from your channels' posting days and times.
What you see
- Next to the title, counters: how many posts need review, how many are missing and how many are ready.
- One card per time slot: the channel, the time, the post's status and its image. On a business brand's public holidays the card says Public holiday – no post.
- Filters: All, To review, Empty / idea, Ready, Scheduled live, Draft in Postiz, Published, Error / conflict / no image.
- View: Cards or List. Period: 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or Custom period – you can page up to 2 years back or ahead.

Getting posts written
- Open the Weekly plan.
- In the Write posts panel, check Where are posts missing? and choose which brands' empty slots Claude should write.
- Click the write button (e.g. “✦ Write 5 posts”). If you close the page meanwhile, Claude carries on in the background.
- Open a finished draft with the card's Open › button, review it and approve it.
Moving posts and the waiting list
On a card, → Next free slot moves the post to the channel's next free day allowed by its rule (skipping holidays and taken days). ⇢ To waiting list takes the post off its day; from the waiting list panel it can be placed in the next open slot. More in Rescheduling posts.
