You can change a post's time whenever you like until it has gone out. On every move the app checks the channel's rule and tells you if there's a clash.
Before you start
- Owners and editors can move posts; as a viewer you can only look at the calendar.
- Ideas, drafts, posts with an error and approved posts can be moved. Published posts and posts being sent can't.
- You can't move a post into the past or only a few minutes from now.
Drag it in the calendar
- Open the Calendar.
- Grab the post and drag it to another day – in Week and Day view also to another time, in 15-minute steps. On a phone, press and hold the post first.
- Let go. To cancel the drag instead, press the
Esckey. - If the new slot clashes with the channel's rule, choose Move anyway or Cancel in the Move it here anyway? dialog.
After a move, a message appears with an Undo button – it puts the post back where it was.
With an exact date and time
- Click the post in the calendar and choose Move to….
- Fill in Day and Time.
- Click Move.
In the Weekly plan the same works with the Reschedule button, and you can drag a post to another day there too (the time stays the same).
Move to another channel
- In the Weekly plan, click ⇄ Move to another channel on the post's card.
- Pick the target channel.
- Leave Let Claude rewrite it in the target brand's language and tone (the topic stays) ticked if the text should be adapted too.
- Click Move.
The post goes to the same day on the target channel if there's a free slot – otherwise to its next free slot. Only posts that haven't been sent yet can move to another channel.
