Calendar views and shortcuts
Day, week, month and list views in the Calendar, the brand filter, missing posts and the keyboard shortcuts.
Updated:
The Calendar shows every post of all your brands in one place. You see what's ready, where a post is still missing, and you can move or approve posts from here.

Views
- Day – one day by the hour, down to the exact time.
- Week – seven days side by side on an hourly grid.
- Month – the whole month; this is the default view. If a day can't show everything, open the rest with +N more.
- List – posts grouped by day, one below the other.
Use ‹ and › to page, and Today to jump back to today. If you have several brands, the brand picker (All brands) lets you look at a single brand. On a phone there's a day strip above the month, and you can also swipe left or right to page.
What the markers mean
- Every post shows its status (e.g. Draft, Approved, Published ✓) – the legend is below the calendar.
- A red dashed + is a missing post: the channel's rule expects a post there. Click it to have one written, or take one from the waiting list.
- Holidays and blocked days show their name on the day, and travel days show the city (e.g. ✈ Dubai).
- Times are shown in your home time – the app says so at the bottom of the calendar.
Quick preview of a post
Click a post to open its preview with Open in editor, Approve, Move to… and Delete. Approve only appears when your role allows it and the post has been written. Start a new post with + New post.
