Posting days and times
Set for each channel which days and times Sayweek posts on and at what cadence – the app shows you the best hours.
Updated:
Every channel has its own weekly schedule: which days and at what time a post goes out. This becomes your weekly plan, and the app measures its warnings against it (e.g. when two posts would land on one day). It never puts a post on another day by itself.
Set the days and times
- Open Settings → Brands & channels.
- Click Edit on the channel.
- Choose the When to post? tab.
- Click the days you want to post on.
- Enter a time for each selected day – or click the recommended: … link to take the suggested hour.
- Click Save days and times.

Cadence: every selected day or flexibly
Under Advanced: flexible count, gap between posts you can choose between two cadences:
- On every selected day – each selected day gets one post.
- Flexibly – you set how many posts go out weekly or monthly, and the app picks from the selected days.
- Gap between two posts – at least this many days must pass between two posts on the same channel.
The best times
The app rates every time slot (good time, average time, weak time) in the time zone of the brand's audience – you set this in the brand's settings, in the Audience time zone field. If some slots are weaker, Improve times on the Brands & channels page moves them to the best hour within the same day; the days stay the same. If it suggests a different day, accept with Move it – posts that haven't been sent yet move too.
Holidays and blocked days
Brands of the Company / brand type get no posts on their country's public holidays; Person brands do. You manage holidays and your own blocked days in Settings → Holidays and blocked days – see Client names and blocked days.
