Client names, public holidays and blocked days
Client names must never end up in a post; on public holidays and your own blocked days no business posts are created.
Updated:
Two safety nets: the client names list helps make sure no client's or person's name slips into a post, and no business posts are created on public holidays and blocked days.
Client names
Claude avoids the names (companies, people) you add here. If one still appears in a generated text or one you wrote, the app warns you before approval. It also masks these names in ideas that come in by email.
- Open Settings → Client names.
- Enter the name (e.g. a company name or “Erika Muster”).
- Click Add.
Delete a name with the ✕ next to it.
Public holidays
Each brand automatically gets its own country's public holidays (movable ones too, e.g. Easter, Eid). On the Holidays and blocked days page you see the next 12 months per country: when a holiday is on, there's no business post that day. If you'd like to post on a holiday after all, switch it off.
Your own blocked days
- Open Settings → Holidays and blocked days.
- Under Your own blocked days, pick a date.
- Enter a label (Name), e.g. “Company year-end party”.
- Choose who it applies to: All brands or only one country's brands.
- Click Add.
