Photos to post: a carousel, collage or video from your photos

Drop in the photos of an event: Sayweek picks the best, suggests a format and writes the caption – as drafts waiting for approval.

Updated:

An event, a trip or the best moments of your week: Photos to post turns them into posts in one flow. Open it from the Ideas page, Quick post, the Photos page, an empty slot of the weekly plan, or your phone's share menu.

  1. Drop in or choose the photos. If you like, tick Use the location?
  2. In the Event step you see the detected place and date – you can change both. Reorder the photos with the arrows and leave out the weaker ones.
  3. Pick where it should go and click Suggest something: Sayweek orders the photos, suggests a format and writes a caption per channel.
  4. The format cards show a live preview: carousel, collage, short video or one photo. Pick any of them, per channel too.
  5. Adjust the caption, choose a time and click Create drafts. The drafts wait for approval – nothing goes out until then.

Location and privacy

  • We only read the location when your workspace allows it and you said yes for that upload.
  • We only show and use the place name (e.g. “Lake Garda”) – exact coordinates are never stored or shown.
  • We remove all EXIF data, location included, from every published image.
  • An iPhone doesn't share the photos' location with the browser. The Sayweek app does – or simply type the place in.

Formats

  • Carousel: the best shots to swipe through, with optional cover text in your brand's colours and font.
  • Collage: 2–9 photos on one image (Grid, Hero, Mosaic), with a frame in your brand colour if you like.
  • Short video: a vertical Reel / TikTok / Shorts with slow zoom, transitions, royalty-free music and text. It's made in the background; we let you know when it's ready.
  • One photo: the best shot, cropped for the channel.
