Regulated industry safety net (finance, healthcare, legal…)

Industry checks before approval, the required notice added automatically, a Claude review with one-click fixes and a downloadable compliance audit trail.

Updated:

If your brand works in a regulated industry (financial services, insurance, healthcare, pharma, legal, real estate or food supplements), Sayweek checks every post for typically banned or risky claims – such as guaranteed returns, “risk-free” promises, healing claims, before-and-after comparisons or superlatives without proof – and adds the required notice.

Switch it on per brand

  1. Open Settings → Brands & channels and scroll to the Regulated industry safety net card (it's also on Compliance & AI transparency).
  2. Click the brand's row and choose its Industry.
  3. Choose the Country (Hungary, Germany, Austria, United Arab Emirates or another country) – it decides the default notice and the background information.
  4. Under Required notice, choose how it gets into the post and edit the text if needed.
  5. In Checks and severity, set each rule to Blocker, Warning or Off.
  6. Click Save.

Blocker and warning

A Blocker finding shows up in the approval check's to-do list: while it's in the text, the post can't be approved or published. A Warning doesn't stop the post, but approving asks for a confirmation and logs the approver's name as having seen it. The defaults differ per industry (e.g. a healing claim is a blocker for supplements and a warning for healthcare providers).

Required notice

  • Sayweek adds it automatically: added to the end of the text (before the hashtags) when the post goes out; the saved post isn't changed, and it's never added twice. If it wouldn't fit the channel's limit, the approval check tells you how many characters to cut.
  • We write it in ourselves (the check asks for it): the author writes it in; while it's missing, the check says so.
  • No notice: no notice goes into the posts, but every post gets a warning about that.

The default texts are written per industry and language (e.g. an investment risk warning, “not medical advice”, and for medicines the mandatory sentence of Hungary, Germany and Austria). For posts in languages other than the brand's, set your own text with For posts in other languages.

In the editor

In the post editor, the Compliance check card shows findings as you type: what's wrong, why, and how to fix it. Show in text selects the flagged words, and Fix in one click has Claude rewrite only the affected sentences, in your voice. With Claude review, Claude reads the post too, explains its findings and, if needed, suggests a compliant version you can take with Use this version. A review or a fix counts as one AI generation.

Compliance audit trail

  1. Open Settings → Compliance & AI transparency and scroll to Compliance audit trail.
  2. Set the period in From and To, and pick a brand if needed.
  3. Click Download CSV.

For every approval, the CSV lists who approved the post and when (a person or an automated approval), the industry profile and country, the warnings they saw with the flagged text and explanation (rule-based and from the Claude review), and the required notice that went out.
