Shareable content calendar for clients
Per brand or client a secret, read-only calendar link and iCal subscription with the planned, approved and published posts.
Updated:
Your client wants to see what goes out and when? Send them a calendar link: they open it as a web page or subscribe to it in their own calendar, which then updates by itself.
- On the Calendar page click Share calendar (or Settings → Integrations → iCal / ICS).
- Under Shared calendar for clients, name the link, pick the brands and, if you like, an expiry.
- Click Create calendar link, then copy the Web page or the Calendar subscription (iCal) address and send it.
What does it show?
- Scheduled, approved and published posts – the first line, the channel and the time. Not the full text.
- Drafts only if you tick Also show drafts waiting for approval (as “tentative” events in the calendar).
- The last 30 and the next 120 days.
Times land in the calendar time-zone-correct (also around daylight-saving changes and while you travel), and your client sees them in their own time zone.
