Campaign planner: launch, event, promotion
The brief becomes a multi-week series of connected posts in your open time slots: teaser, launch, proof, reminder, recap.
Updated:
A launch or an event needs a story, not a single post. The campaign planner turns your goal, dates and key messages into a multi-week series of connected posts and writes them as drafts.
- On the Calendar page open Campaigns and click New campaign.
- Enter the name, the type (Product launch, Event or Promotion), the goal, the audience, the dates and one key message per line.
- Click Preview the plan: you see which post lands on which day and channel.
- If it looks right, click Create the campaign and write the posts – Sayweek writes the drafts one after the other.
How is the series built?
- Teaser – builds curiosity before the start.
- Launch – the big day, on every chosen channel.
- Proof – an example, a result, a behind-the-scenes moment (no invented numbers).
- Reminder – in time, before the deadline or the event.
- Recap – at the end: what happened, a thank-you, what's next.
Posts only go into your weekly plan's open time slots, so the channel rules, blocked days and the one-post-a-day rule all apply. If a phase doesn't have enough open slots, the preview tells you.
Progress and results
The campaign page shows the series by phase, each post's status and the reach, engagement and clicks of the published posts. In the post editor the campaign tag leads back here, and the Analytics overview shows the results per campaign too.
