A case study from your client's answers
After a won project, 3 short questions to the client on a branded page; their answers become a post the client approves.
Updated:
Under Ideas → Client stories → Case studies, a won project becomes a case-study post in a few clicks – in your client's own words, with their approval.
How it works
- When you win a deal in HubSpot or Pipedrive, Sayweek suggests it here once a day (from the last 3 weeks' deals). You can also add one by hand: + Won project.
- Check the 3 questions (edit them if you like), add the contact, and choose Send the questions by e-mail or Copy link. Until then the client gets nothing.
- The client answers on a page without sign-in, in your brand's colours and logo, and decides whether you may use their company name, their logo and word-for-word quotes with their name.
- Pick the channel and click Write the post: Sayweek writes it from the answers in your brand's voice – without invented numbers or quotes.
- Send the finished post with Send to the client for approval; the client approves it on the same page, or asks for changes.
Privacy
- From the CRM only the client's name and domain and the first contact's name and e-mail come over – no amounts, line items or notes.
- Excluded client names and mail domains are never suggested.
- The exact consent text, its time and the respondent's name are saved.
- A suggestion you don't act on for 45 days is deleted.
