Pipedrive as an idea source
Coming soonThis feature is coming soon – this guide shows how it will work.
Anonymised post ideas from won deals, stage changes, meetings and calls – read-only.
Updated:
Every week (Monday), the Pipedrive connection looks at the last two weeks' won and new deals, stage changes and done meetings and calls, and turns them into 0–3 topic ideas.
Before you start
You need the owner or editor role in Sayweek and a Pipedrive account that can authorise an app.
Connect
- Open Settings → All integrations and click the Pipedrive card (the same panel is also on Mail and calendar).
- Click + Connect Pipedrive.
- Allow access in Pipedrive.
- Back in Sayweek, if you have several brands, choose under Brand which one the ideas are for – or keep Any brand (Claude picks).
What Sayweek reads
- Read-only – nothing is written back to Pipedrive.
- Deal values, products and notes aren't even requested.
- Before anything goes to the AI, company and person names, email addresses, amounts and anything price- or contract-related are masked; only stage, pipeline and a few topic words are sent.
- No CRM data is stored, only a short-lived fingerprint so the same event doesn't come twice.
Run now gets ideas straight away. Ideas appear under Ideas → From mail & calendar.
Disconnect
- Open the Pipedrive panel (Settings → All integrations → Pipedrive).
- In the account row, click Disconnect and confirm. Ideas already created stay.
