Critical comment alerts with a calm reply suggestion
When someone complains or writes angrily under your post, we tell you – respecting your quiet hours – and suggest a calm reply in your voice.
Updated:
An unanswered complaint under your post quickly leaves a bad impression. Every hour Sayweek reads the new comments under your LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram posts published directly, and tells you when one needs attention.
- You get a notification about the critical comment. Tap it, or open the Critical comments section of the Watch page.
- Read the comment and why we flagged it.
- A suggestion waits in the Calm reply suggestion field – edit it freely, or ask for another one.
- Send it with Send reply, or copy it and reply on the platform. Then mark it Handled.
What do we flag?
- Critical: a complaint, an accusation, talk of refunds or legal steps, anger – we notify you right away.
- Negative: disappointment or criticism without urgency – shown on the Watch page only, without a notification.
- Hungarian, English and German keywords, then an AI check that also clears false alarms (like "not bad at all").
Does Sayweek send the reply by itself?
Never. A reply only goes out when you click Send reply. We delete the comment texts after 48 hours (as LinkedIn requires).
