Event mode: posts before, during and after a conference
3 post drafts for the conferences, meetups and webinars found in your calendar – mentioning the organisers and speakers.
Updated:
When you go to a conference, meetup or webinar, it's worth posting before, during and after. Ideas → Client stories → Events prepares exactly that.
- Once a day Sayweek checks your connected calendars for the next 2 months and suggests the events that look like a conference. Private and internal events (1:1s, stand-ups, travel) are skipped. You can also add one by hand: + Event.
- Type who to mention (Who should we mention?): the organiser and the speakers – exactly as they should appear in the post.
- Tick the posts you want (Before, During, After), pick the channel, and click the button to get the drafts.
- The posts go into the plan's nearest free slots (about 2 days before, on the event day, the day after); without a free slot, as an extra next to the plan.
