Profile health score
A weekly 0–100 score per brand, made of five parts, with three concrete next steps and a 12-week trend.
Updated:
Profile health is a 0–100 score, refreshed every week, for each brand and personal profile. You see it on the Statistics overview and the home page, and the Monday summary e-mail includes it. It has five parts:
- Consistency – how many posts went out over the last 4 weeks against the weekly plan, and whether there was one every week.
- Engagement trend – reactions, comments and shares per post in the last 4 weeks compared with the 4 weeks before.
- Content mix – your topic pillars against their targets; without pillars, the share of posts with an image or video.
- Response to comments – the share of answered comments under directly published posts.
- Profile completeness – voice, pillars, industry, audience, publishing route and statistics set up.
What if a part can't be measured yet?
When a part lacks data (for example no earlier period to compare with, or no readable comments), we show Not measurable yet and build the score from the other parts – we never guess.
The next steps
- We always show three concrete actions, starting with the one that helps most.
- Each one takes you to the right place in one click: the open slots of the weekly plan, the statistics or the brand settings.
- The Monday summary e-mail lists the same three steps with links; turn it off under Settings → Reminders.
